Welcome to Scrabble Ink Bali! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our services, website, and facilities. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our studio, you agree to these Terms.
1. Appointments and Booking
- Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
2. Tattoo Services
- Design Approval: All tattoo designs must be approved by the client before the tattooing process begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
- Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before the session. We reserve the right to decline services if a condition poses a risk.
- Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid ID is required.
- Aftercare: Proper aftercare instructions will be provided after your session. Scrabble Ink Bali is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing Estimates: Tattoo prices are based on size, complexity, and time required. Final costs may vary from initial estimates.
- Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods specified at the studio. Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo.
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Refunds and Liability
- No Refunds: All tattoo services are final. We do not offer refunds on completed tattoos.
- Liability Waiver: By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge the risks involved, including allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with design or placement. Scrabble Ink Bali is not liable for these risks.
5. Studio Rules
- Hygiene and Safety: For health and safety reasons, only the client and necessary staff are allowed in the tattooing area.
- Prohibited Behavior: We maintain a professional environment. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises.
- Personal Belongings: Scrabble Ink Bali is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Intellectual Property
- Design Ownership: Custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Scrabble Ink Bali unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Photography: We may take photos of completed tattoos for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not consent.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
